MoO4 66.10%, MoO3 59.49%, Mo 39.65%.
White, cryst. powder. Loses its water of crystallization at 100°.
Soluble in 1.7 parts cold water, about 0.9 part boil. water.
Use: Reagent for alkaloids and other substances.
