I consider myself a lucky person to have had the opportunity to be taught by LeAnn Conrad in the operation of a number of computer programs.  During my tenure at the Winona Workforce Center I was first introduced to her because of my frustrations with learning the workings of a computer program being used to set up a Website for the Center.   LeAnn was hired  to help me understand rather complex operations and she did it in a very patient, and very professional manner at my desk while I was on-the-job.  She was very well prepared and was very adept at explaining the subject matter in a manner that I could understand.  My work with the webpage became a lot easier and her encouragement also led me to develop my energies in more challenging operations.  The website was published much quicker with LeAnn’s teachings and with a lot less of trial and errors.

Later, I also joined our office staff in a couple of opportunities to advance our computer skills and luckily LeAnn was hired as the instructor. She was always well organized but was not tied to that organization, and was very adaptable to the needs of her students.  She is one of those exceptional teachers who not only encourages all her students but also challenges them and gives them the confidence and information to excel in their learning.  LeAnn, knows how to explain concepts and procedures in a clear and concise manner and exudes passion and excitement for her subject matter.  I have no reservation recommending LeAnn to anyone wanting to have an exceptional learning experience.
