To Whom It May Concern:

I met LeAnn Conrad in April 2008 while attending her Access class at the technical college.  She is a very knowledge instructor and is able to communicate to the class on all levels.  She is very patient and explains things so everyone can understand them. 

By chance, I talked to LeAnn again in February 2012, and she was able to help me understand the complex Access databases that a former employee set up and that I was now responsible for.  She knew all the ins and outs of Access and was able to help me retrieve some valuable reports from the database.  We will be utilizing her services again once I use the information she provided and I become a little more familiar with the databases.  She has also taught many other co-workers in Word and Excel and they have been pleased with her teaching skills.

I would recommend LeAnn for any Microsoft program training that you need.  She was more than willing to work with me and had the patience and knowledge for the numerous questions I asked.
