Reference: LeAnn Conrad

Microsoft Office Computer Instructor

Approximately 4 years ago, I took several Word and Excel classes from LeAnn (beginning – advanced levels). Last year, I took all levels of Word and Excel classes from LeAnn again- this time through Winona County. I have also attended LeAnn’s Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access classes.

LeAnn understands these programs inside out. I can honestly say she is the best instructor I have ever had. She is enthusiastic with a positive attitude. She is flexible and patient. She easily handles a mix of all levels of students. LeAnn makes each trainee feel comfortable at the onset of her training sessions, whatever level they may be at with computer training.

She speaks clearly at a volume that everyone can hear. LeAnn readily changes her way of explaining a concept if someone doesn’t understand or seems lost. Originally, I was only going to take a class or two, but I learned so much that would make my life on the computer easier that I ended up taking several of LeAnn’s classes. If LeAnn wasn’t teaching the class, I didn’t want to take it.

I have had other computer instructors in the past that I learned little or nothing from. There is something special about LeAnn’s way of teaching that makes difficult concepts easy to grasp. I didn’t realize this until I tried what I learned by myself after class had ended. With LeAnn’s helpful notes, I was able to go back and do what we learned in class –on my own.

I highly recommend LeAnn to teach your computer classes, solve your computer challenges, help you one on one, and assist you with anything Microsoft. She really is that good at what she does. I am pleased to give LeAnn this spectacular reference. She deserves it. Thank you, LeAnn, for helping me with Microsoft Office.

If anyone will succeed out there helping others with “all things Microsoft”, it is LeAnn. Best of luck LeAnn. I know you will do great.
