Reference:   LeAnn Conrad, Microsoft Office Computer Instructor

I was 50 years old and knew nothing about computers. At my place of work, computers were being issued to all office and management personnel. Those of us needing help with computers were enrolled in classes.

I was a little scared of embarrassing myself in class because I had never touched a keyboard in my life. I was lost and had no clue in the first couple of classes. The teacher, LeAnn Conrad, noticed that I needed help. She made me feel more at ease and gave me the special help to obtain all the skills that were needed to use the computer on my job.

As more advanced skills were needed, I attended more of LeAnn’s classes. She was excellent with balancing the different level of needs of all the students.

LeAnn is very knowledgeable and is an excellent instructor.
