RE:  LeAnn Conrad’s MICROSOFT Software Teaching skills

Once I took a Microsoft class from LeAnn Conrad, I did not ever want to take a class from anyone else again!  Through her patience and persistence, she allowed us all the opportunity to learn something new.

I come from an education background, so I was delighted to see LeAnn use different techniques to help us all understand a difficult concept.  She was able to come down to our level, boost us up, and get us motivated to use these new techniques back at work, or even at home.

I have taken several classes from LeAnn, but I will say that her understanding of the Microsoft world is amazing!  We use MS Access for our database records and it’s a challenging program when it works and it’s a frustrating program when it doesn’t!  We were able to hire LeAnn to come into our office and fix many of our problem areas within Access to eliminate some of the frequency of issues.

LeAnn’s sparkling personality, her ability to communicate the software knowledge effectively, and her patience with her students are remarkable.

Whenever we have a Microsoft issue, LeAnn is our go-to master.  I highly recommend you give LeAnn a try the next time you want to learn about Microsoft, or you want to hire her to educate your employees.  LeAnn will NOT disappoint you!
