LIGHT

Light = "Radio Waves" = Photons

Photons are made up of pairs of electrons called "Cooper Pairs" that have a Hertzian vibration imparted to them.   You can gain considerable insight into this topic by listening to this lecture by David Hudson

The term "Light", in the common sense, refers to a narrow portion of the electro–magnetic spectrum that can be sensed by the human eye.

In the broader, scientific sense, it includes the entire energy spectrum that is composed of photons.

Radio, microwave, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, x-rays and gamma rays are terms used to discuss specific portions of the full spectrum.

Photons with Hertzian vibrations travel in a wave motion, however photons can also travel in a straight line as "Rays of Energy".  Radio waves have the longest wave lengths and gamma the shortest.

Cooper pairs traveling as rays have had their velocities measured at 1.7 times the classical speed of light, but in superconductors their speed has been measured as slow as 1,000 feet per second. Intermediate values have also been measured.
